This one was all about timing. The sun had to be shining, it had to be shining at just the right time, the tram had to be in the right spot while the sun was shining in the right spot and, last but far from least, the intersection had to be free of traffic, which wasn’t going to be easy considering that combination was only happening during peak hour. Because of all that it took a week or two of numerous attempts before it all came together. Then when I had the shot it didn’t look as good as I’d imagined until I took the colour out of the background, which not only highlighted the tram even more, the black & white seemed to fit with the old tram.

Print comes with the white border, ready to go into a standard A3 or A2 frame. Archival paper using genuine Canon inks. Sent rolled in a heavy duty mailing tube usually within 2-3 days. Print only (unframed). Postage is $15 flat rate in Australia ($25 overseas). All photography, processing, printing and posting done by me.
