I’m 100% sure I shot this after driving through Kaniva on the way to Nhill. I’m 100% sure the tree was on the right hand side off the highway. I’m 100% sure that I’m 100% sure of both those things but for the life of me I’ve never been able to find that tree again. Every time I drive through that area I look for it and every time I’m disappointed. I’ve had customers that have bought a print on the lookout for it and send me pics of where they think it is but it’s never the same tree. So now I’ve stopped looking for it and I tell myself it fell down during a storm and the farmer chopped it up for firewood, just so I can drive through that area without feeling 100% nuts.
