I’m 100% sure I shot this after driving through Kaniva on the way to Nhill. I’m 100% sure the tree was on the right hand side off the highway. I’m 100% sure of both those things but for the life of me I’ve never been able to find it again. Every time I drive through that area I look for it and every time I’m disappointed. I’ve had customers who have bought a print on the lookout for it and send me pics of where they think it is but it’s never the same tree. So now I’ve stopped looking and tell myself it fell down during a storm and the farmer chopped it up for firewood, just so I can drive through that area without feeling 100% nuts.
